The heating system was ineffective. rooms stayed cold despite the thermostat. Minimal amenities, like no slippers or bathrobes, left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. The breakfast setup was odd—you wait in line for one item and can’t combine drinks like orange juice and coffee. Overall, my stay didn’t live up to expectations for a Marriott property.

The double queen room was really spacious, with an adapted bath and a roll-in shower, making it super convenient. The fitness center was well-equipped for a solid workout. The location was perfect near the concert venue, and the staff genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for.
